Looks like a blank planchet. Have you weighed it?

It should be within the weight specs of a cent to even start to consider it. If it is, I would think it would be worth a buck or so.

It probably is a Type II planchet(milled rim) but you need to weigh it to be positive. They are usually worth a few dollars.

You can usually buy them for 2 or 3 bucks a piece as far as value.

They are not big money items. I have a steel 1 cent planchet, probably for the Belgian 2 cents (same planchet). Came from a dealer's junk box.
