2006 ND Quarter: Partially Filled "N"

Here's another 2006 North Dakota quarter with a weird error. The "N" in "IN GOD WE TRUST" is partially filled on the bottom as seen in the pics below.

I haven't seen any other coins with such an error. Is this common? Rare? Worth 25 cents?

I don't have any idea about this error/variety. But I am interested as what others may say about this.

i really dont know why some coins have that filled die error it also exist in some coins if it happened in a quarter coin it might also do the same thing to other denomination to collect and have a set to the smallest denomination to the biggest in every year of mintage just a start for it also exist in EURO coins I also collect them,
