Hi everyone, Meldercat here.

I posted a 1926 Far "6" the other day only to dicover it was an altered 1926 Near "6". Thanks again for the help in picking that one off.

Back to my dealer I went and here's the replacement. I spent a lot more time this visit. He also had a F+ example and a couple of Nears to compare. You can really see the difference in the "6"s. This one also has a recut inner "6".

excellent coin....I would only give it a VG-8 though due to heavy scratches....still all and all a nice coin congrats on the buy
