About 30 of these (all differant) were in the collection we received and we are wondering if there are any price/info guides for them to try to move them.

That kind of casino token is known as a silver strike. James Dean was issued in 1997 and contains 0.60oz of silver. You can look up the rest of them in the Strike Online Catalog provided in this link. The main page lists the silver content for the various denominations.
