Also looks like the step underneath Lincoln sitting in the memorial is well defined (not like I've seen) and his leg is in 2 sections, and his left arm was replaced with a mechanical arm:

What are the angled lines throughout both sides from? I think I may have seen it brought up here before but am not sure.

Sometimes it is die polishing lines and others it is just rolling lines from the stock material. The rolling lines are much weaker and vary from coin to coin in which direction they are running. On die polishing lines they are in the same direction and stronger on each coin be cause these are on the dies. If you had a roll off OBW coins then you could see which is which from the direction the lines flow. If you look at the devices you can see these lines continue after they were struck and not removed. On polishing lines they only affect the fields. On rolling lines they affect the overall view of the coin and continue. So I would call these rolling lines on the OP coin.
