I've seen auctions by this seller before and they almost always go way above the market. I wondered whether they make notices locally to promote their auctions? They are doing some kind of advertising I think. Check their feedback- many things going for above market value!

If you sell and list consistently, engaging in dialog with your buyers ensures they at least LOOK at your stuff when you list. If you provide good service, great packing and no hassle returns on the coins, you get a following fast.

I only buy high value coins in person - pictures lie and third party grading means less than nothing to me. I do however buy regular stuff off ebay and I will almost always pay a small premium to buy off a known good entity who provides a great service. If I'm looking for a common coin I'll go 10% over ebay average to be sure I get it in good shape in a timely fashion along with a guarantee I can send it back no questions.

On the other hand if I get an envelope with a raw coin sliding around in it a month later, I won't be back.

I looked and I didn't find anything nearly this extreme...it seems someone mistook this coin for a SM.
