I Found this New Jersey Quarter in Great shape Then noticed the lines by the neck, Have you seen this before and do they make this quarter more Valuable?

In front of the neck looks like maybe die polishing? The back of the neck looks like a possible die clash?

They could be related.

I agree with Scoob, it looks like die polishing... Those are pretty heavy though
