rkrj I save all copper cents I have 3 White Paint Buckets full of Wheat and all the way up to 81, One day copper is going to rise.

Well, this is not an opinion...the coin is damaged.

Also not an opinion...it is illegal to melt cents. As long as it's illegal, the metal content doesn't matter unles you plan to break the law.
