I'm writing from my phone so no picture yet, but...

Yesterday at work I broke open a roll of pennies and the was a nice shiny blank with a rim! I have pictures on my blog (its listed in my profile) for anyone that wants to see it. I'll get it on here tonight after my trip to the coin show today.

Funny related story: I saw my dad yesterday as I was putting it in a 2x2 and he said "that must be worth a fortune, after all, its an error". I told him if I was lucky I'd sell it for $3, maybe $4 if I found the right buyer. He didn't believe me, but I pointed out that if I sold it for $3 I'd get 300x what I paid for it.
He came back about and a few hours later with a briefcase full on paper cut down to the size of a dollar bill and said "I have all these misprinted $100's, get me 300x face value and we can split it." I thought it funny, I thought it was hysterical when my mom flipped out because dad didn't leave a single sheet of paper in the printer, or the house for that matter, and my mom needed to print the flight and hotel confirmation for today.
All this because a little piece of zinc missed the die, this hobby gets better all the time!
