No greater tnan F-15 due to the week lines of the left wheat stalk

if the weak spot was smaller, I would say VF-20

the obverse grades higher than the reverse....so F-15

We've got the whole range of VF covered! .

I think it's a solid VF coin despite the weak wheat lines. The wheat lines is more likely a strike/worn die issue rather than wear and I think a TPG would view it that way as well.

I would say F-15 reverse, VF-35 obverse. I'll guess VF-25 as an overall grade assuming that he started from a weak reverse strike.
