I found this in the melt bucket. Any indication to you guys that it is not the real thing?

No sign that a mintmark has been removed so I'd say it's almost certainly a real one. The obverse grades VG-8 while the reverse is Good-4. Surfaces look original with normal marks for the grade. Ought to be worth $100 easy and maybe quite a bit more to the right buyer. Outstanding!

Same grade opinion as Jaobler here, VG-8 with a G-4 or 6 reverse, net grade I would say a G-6 just because of all the little dings on both sides. Awesome pickup for melt price!
