I once submitted a 1918/7-D to ANACS that was in comparable condition to your 1914-D. It got graded G-4. While partial dates aren't all that desireable, I think that a G-4 on the 1914-D is realistic.
The 1913-D II looks F-12 to me. I do think it needs some conservation to remove what appears to be surface residue, via a gentle rub with an acetone-dipped Q-tip and dry with a soft cloth. Ever so many collector coins have been improperly stored over the years, and I'll bet that the Q-tip will lift a goodly share of the accrued contaminants.
