Went through several rolls of Lincolns.
This is worth a penny at least. Is this just a worn die?

Die cracks and chips are pretty much never worth more than face value. Sooner you stop looking so hard at those, the sooner you can start finding stuff that has value. I hate to be so blunt about it, but that's the case.

The weakness on your coin is due to die overpolishing. Pretty typical for 1972.

Mr. Coppercoins, your comments are ever most valuable and greatly appreaciated--brief and complete... blunt, if you will--and well and profitably received.

Thanks.
