the first pic looks like the Spanish coat-of-arms.

The first coin appears to be a Spanish Philippines issue. Crude issues with this design were made in the 1700s and early 1800s. The design is similar to the Regal issues but the lion on the reverse is far cruder than normal. I suspect a local non-regal issue. VERY Collectible none-the less.
