My friend bought few days ago this coin - I'm sure that it's the forgery but could you help me with ID which emperor's coin was the sample for it? In my opinion it was one of the Nero or Hadrian coins but I'm not sure... Thanks for help! Report this Post to the Staff

The reverse type is suggestive of Janus Temple with closed doors, but there is no reverse legend. I used to have genuine one of these in orichalcum. This one is a fantasy for the tourist trade.
