What got my attention right off the bat was the double forehead and the double chin.

You can also see some kind of strange trail coming off the "IN", is this possibly deterioration?

Thank you for any help you can give on this one. I'm new to varieties and errors.

Hi,

Five Cent pieces are struck on a very hard alloy. As a result, dies wear out pretty badly. We call it Die Deterioration. Your coin shows many of the effects of having been struck by an extremely worn die.

Thanks,
Bill
