Found today. Unfortunate about the Obverse though ;)Still happy as this is my first double '979' from the many I have searched :)

What grade would this be?

Just noticed this also has the extra metal under the Queen's chin as well...

Here is a better scanned image clearly showing the extra metal under the Queen's chin. It is a shame this cent scuffed up...

Thanks commoncents13! I figure it has like FV/BV at least :) I'll keep it until I can find a nicer specimen ( if ever ).
I was thinking maybe the Queen was hanging around Ronald McDonald to often and it was starting to show :P

Its caused by abrasion when they tried to clean up clash marks.
I would consider it a form of a die clash rather than obverse doubling. Common but very interesting.
