That's a MS-65RD and beyond without that nasty hit on the cheek. I'll say they gave it a MS-64RD. Either way, it's a nice and colorful one.

LOL Some very low guesses! This coin is a blazer and couple little ticks aren't going to send the coin that low when it looks like this.

That's fair. To partly cloudy.  Seriously, I could see the market taking it at that. As you suggested, it does have a lot of compensating factors the market likes.

Did the grader miss that mark on Lincoln's cheek? I can see it getting bumped to MS-65 due to exceptional color but MS-66 is a stretch.
Crack it out and send it to PCGS. I would bet it comes back MS-65.
