For example if you were going to sell a non key circulated franklin dollar, you cannot charge the ridiculous prices they put on the RedBook but would sell it for the silver price. The Bill Collector Valued Member United States 486 Posts	Posted 03/14/2011 1:07 pm I think the note has way to many folds and wrinkles to be a VF / XF, looks more like a VG to me, just happen to have the 2010 edition of the Friedberg book of Paper Money of the US and in VG it's listed as $ 40., in Fine it's $ listed at $ 50.
