I love to search for and find Die Varieties just as much as the next guy. But in no means did I want to be the beginning of the end of one (1972S).

I think I see extra columns here, but I'm not certain. Camera died so this the best picture for now. Any opions would be nice.

If your referring to column 5 & 8 that's normal.

The right side of 8 and others. The initals are MD right?

Here are some better pictures. What I talking about is to the right of every column and above them. It's to the left of Abe and it looks like he has knees above. It's on the initals too. I would appreciate other opions. Is this DD or MD?

I think its neither MD or DD. Looks like deteriation to me but I could be wrong.

Does MD affect the columns in some cases? I thought that it was only on the sides , top or bottom of the building? Any information on this matter would be appreciated. TY
