Welcome to the forum !!

This ASE in my opinion will grade MS-67 or just about the norm for these coins,, The strike is what holds it below the Gem levels,, I can see a bit of flatness in the skirt lines, and breast area, as well as a small ding on the right side skirt lines,, the reverse although a bit better as far as die state, does not add enough to bring the coin up .

I can't tell from the photos it could be MS65 to MS67.
