Woud this be a case of the master die doubling, such as on the 1972 lincolns? If so are they common as with the lincolns or do some carry a premium? This is from a 1965 nickel.

The "orange peel" effect as we call it is visible between the letters and obviously effects the fields on this coin. "Orange peel" is that bumpy, wavy look that is typical of coins struck by worn dies.
