1999-P DDR (Doubled Ankles) - Question

this is a 1999P. the ankles appear doubled (to me). the question is - is this in fact a DDR. the ankles are the only area that appear doubled - to me. and is this worth cataloguing and keeping. thanks.

I think it is a DDR but I think it's really double feet. I would label it extra body part "feet?" and keep it.

Ankles, feet, heels...doesn't really matter.

This is a doubled die - there's no question to that, nothing else would double specific features like that.

Whether this is of any value...well, I have yet to see ANY of the really minor doubled die reverse cents sell for anything.
