Go east on me guys, I think I asked this before. What would this be called? Notice the gap between the letters and the rim from 8k-11k?

Either a slightly weak strike or a slightly tapered planchet. Neither would be unusual.

Actually now that I think of it and take another look at the coin, things don't quite look the right size and shape. Is this coin parger than a normal cent? It seems so. If this is the case, then you probably have a broadstruck cent. That would make it marginally valuable - $5-$10.
