In ancient coin collecting, terms like "large module" and "small module" are still sometimes used to describe coins, but not commonly, and not for modern coins. In this more scientific age, we tend to actually give a diameter in millimetres rather than use descriptive words. In English, a coin doesn't have a "25mm module", it has a "25mm diameter".
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
