I just came into about 5000 1940s to 1950s wheat pennies.
Besides the 1955 DDO what other varieties and errors should I look
for. I think I will have to buy a book on this one.

True you should have a book. There is this guy named Charles D. Daughtrey that has a web site called https://www.coppercoins.com He has two books out on just Lincoln Cents. There is something in there on almost every year from the 40's and 50's your taling about. Usually explained too. With that many and one of his books you'll on your way to needing glasses in no time. Still it could be fun. Let us all know what you find.

Definitely look through his website and pick up his books if you can. My head is still spinning from trying to digest everything. Post some pictures up and he'll be around to take a look.

I have my lupes(spelling?)
I ordered a book. Hopefully this will help me sort through the coins I don't have to
look through so I can concentrate on the good stuff.
