1958 LWC Die Chip?

Filled the hole in the 9. Not the best scan but you get the idea. I've looked at it through my loupe at different angles and it doesn't seem to be anything attached to the coin.

The center of the 9 is a pin on the die. After the pin breaks off, all the rest of the coins struck with that die will look filled. It is actually not shaped because the pin is missing.
