Even if it is real, which is questionable, it is not worth anywhere near the $120 price tag. 1783 Portrait dollars are very common in low grades/with corrosion damage and sea salvage damage because of the huge number of them found on a shipwreck site (El Cazador). If you want a nice portrait dollar for your coin collection, you can find a really nice one with no problems from a reputable dealer who specializes in Spanish Colonial coins.
