biokemist6 Bedrock of the Community United States 12437 Posts	Posted 03/25/2011 4:01 pm Without a picture, I am just speculating but it is almost certainly either Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration. 1993 mintmarks were part of the hub design so an RPM is not possible.
