Hi, can anyone please identify this medal/coin? I think it's from Hong Kong but I am not sure. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

I don't see anything specifically Hpng Kong- it seems to be a modern issue with a Victorian theme- the HK dollar head, but modified, not the real design, and a reverse design with England, Scotland, Wales, but no Ireland- the crests and flowers are for the 3 countries- the heads are Victoria young heads, the flowers match the shields.The reberse is nicely balanced, the obverse is not.

The reverse does have the Irish Harp on it. It's Wales that is not represented.
