XF is $20 according to Krause. This looks like a EF 40. so I would think $20 since it has a high mintage.
However the population reports on these coins on PCGS seems to be sparse.
ebay seems to have recently sold a VF for $15.

So I would say 20-30 depending on who bites.

this coin is now on auction. already worth more than $ 40. graded Unknown (XF).
I will say so in such a condition seldom seen, by my standards, it will be worth more than $ 75.

That's a nice looking coin! As to value, that's always based on local collector demand.
It's probably true there is more demand for Tsarist coins in Russia than Estonia?
The same can be said for buying Australian coins in the US--I get some real bargains.

Don't trust Krause with prices - it's hopeless. I reckon it should be closer to 200USD. It's NOT easy to find coins in such grade.
