XF is $20 according to Krause. This looks like a EF 40. so I would think $20 since it has a high mintage. However the population reports on these coins on PCGS seems to be sparse. ebay seems to have recently sold a VF for $15. http://cgi.ebay.com/RUSSIA-COPPER-2...t_1119wt_905So I would say 20-30 depending on who bites.

it's not expensive. well if he goes up to $ 75. 3 kopecks if the state of XF the price of his $ 100 we have in Russia a long time do not lie.

That's a nice looking coin! As to value, that's always based on local collector demand. It's probably true there is more demand for Tsarist coins in Russia than Estonia? The same can be said for buying Australian coins in the US--I get some real bargains.

Don't trust Krause with prices - it's hopeless. I reckon it should be closer to 200USD. It's NOT easy to find coins in such grade.
