Ah. I'm sorry they didn't post in order :( I could repost them one coin at a time if you all would like, or I can leave them if you're ok with that and can work with how they appear out of order? let me know if you want me to repost. Thanks!

Thank you Palaniappan!! That helps me a lot. I'm FASCINATED with these coins. The designs, metals, and colours. I take it the one that has the male figure and Dozsa beneath him is the Polish one? Pilipinas I think Philipines as the spelling is so close The 1983 with the eagle --- Chekoslovakia? The ones with the Palm Trees, Isreal? The one that says MAYGAR, Romania?

Those are definitely from the Philippines as I have both of them as well. Also helps that I'm Filipino.

It's handy to meet you then Rsxtacee But you mentioned "both" are from the Philipines. I thought only one of these coins was from there. maybe you meant the 2 photos showing the obverse and reverse of the same coin though? I really and truly am an ignoramous when it comes to knowing other countries, their languages and coins or paper money though, unless the origins are obvious on them to me. I'm on a brand new learning curve here, so will learn now, as I go.

Opps! Saw the two different dates! 1993 wasn't the mintage year. It's the year the bank was established. I'm getting rusty hehe.

I have a brother-in-law who hails from Budapest and has a lot of family still there. I'll have to tell him I have these coins. He left and came alone to Canada as a 17 year old in 1957 (yes, revolution reasons) Poland: Cool too! I have two brothers-in-law who are Polish! Molydeii has given me a great start to getting some coins respresenting some of our family members countries of origins. AWESOME! (most of you know by now I'm into the geneology, family history and interested in coins that relate to my family) Thank you so much Weavus, very appreciated to get all that info from you!

"Magyar" denotes the Hungarian coins, just in case you haven't figured that out. Note the star in the wreath; that denotes USSR occupation and influence before the breakup of the Iron Curtain.

Pls, thanks for explaining all that history and symbols/descriptions for me. No I hadn't figured that out as yet as I have to connect the info given by folks, to the unlabelled coins photos I posted, but now I know for sure which you mean I really like all the little history bits I'm learning through coins in here! Bless Bless the Net! and Bless Bless you all too

So many in here! Zarboy, I noticed you're in South Africa. Cool. Maybe you can help me with info or something down the road when and if I can ever find out where in Africa my daughters Dad's ancestors came from. Of course I'm assuming you're into collecting African coins. Maybe you aren't though?
