Looks like wall paper to me! I have no idea though about foriegn monies.

The bills are pre-WWI and para-WWI from Russia.

Your first coin is a fantasy piece. The $1 coins of 1851 were the "seated liberty" variety.

I think both the coins are fantasy pieces or reproductions of some sort.

The bottom note is a 100 Roubles from Russia - dated 1910. Reference is Krause 13. Value is $2 if it is signed Shipov and about $10 if it is signed Konshin.

The upper note must be Krause 37 1000 Roubles - again from Russia issued on 9th March 1917. In very Fine condition it's $4.

The second coin is, like the first, a typical "Chinese" imitation, this one of a rare early Italian coin.

Since the coins are fake but the notes are genuine, I'm moving this thread to the notes subforum.
