My questions about this coin are of the bottom right side of the memorial building and between and on top of the columns. Are these consider Die Trails? I've seen a few coins where the columns have a small beaded line running down them. Are they DDD, Die Trails?

I believe you have a really nice die break at the bottom of the the building. What's in between the columns I think is a die clash. Someone will surely come along that knows for certain.

Thanks HeadslWin. The reason why I didn't think of a clash was because it runs onto the column a little. Hopeful someone will know and be able to fill it in.

lucleus goto traildies.com there you can find many examples of traildies.
For me this is a keeper just for the 5 die cracks I can see and if that is a die clash in bays 3 and 4 you got something good.

Thanks oldcoach. Why are the die cracks so important to you?

Make sure you weigh that coin.

Usually I can tell the difference between zinc and copper cents, but that one I would throw on a scale.

2.5g, Scooby Due. I weigh all my 1983's. What else can I learn from weighing certain coins? And what coins should be weighed?

Not so much as important just for the cool factor on a nice looking coin. The grandkids love that kind of stuff along with the toners and greasers.
