Yes and it looks like a large date to me.

Either struck through debris and or Die Deterioration.
It is though a lge. date.
I recently was made aware of two other attributes
for the small date 1960 and or 1960-D cent that I had not known of before. I only looked at the 6 in the past. That usually alone is enough
to prove a small date versus a large date. However the 0 in the date
is much smaller in diameter on the small date as well as the spacing between the 9 and the 6. The spacing is much wider apart on the small date cent.

That's OK WildBill...I did that the other day when a member was asking small or large. My fingers just didn't type what my mind was thinking
