KINGDOM OF BELGIUM: Albert I 1909-34:French Legend ,1 Cent.Can you type the text of the coin.Are on french like that or no
Obverse
The royal monogram is surrounded with the French legend "ALBERT ROI DES BELGES" (Albert King of the Belgians)
Lettering: ALBERT ROI DES BELGES 1912

Reverse
A lion over the facial value, the symbol of Belgium, with a paw on the "CONSTITUTION BELGE" (Belgian constitution) of "1831", is surrounded with the motto "L'UNION FAIT LA FORCE" (strength through unity)

It is not the French, but the Dutch (Flemish) legend.
Around the monogram is written: ALBERT KONING DER BELGEN
On the side with the lion there stands: EENDRACHT MAAKT MACHT and on the stone BELGISCHE GRONDWET 1831. Just beneath the denomination there is the reverse designer's name: BRAEMT F(ecit) = was made by Braemt.
The designer of the obverse is Alphonse Michaux.
