Ive been seeing a lot of slabs that say WCG MS63.
Is this World Coin Grading "WCG" a lower tier grader or just a completely made up one?

A quick Google search doesn't bode well for WCG (any of the companies that use the acronym WCG).

Thanks Guys.. I assumed the the coins were definitely over-graded, now I will also assume very cleaned as well.

There have been two conpanies that have used those intials. They date back to around 2003 but they have no credibility.
