I'm pretty sure they're not '16's. Her head doesn't seem to break into the beads and the shield rivets look too strong. But, the robe always trips me.

I just wanna make sure before Johnny gets them for melt.

the shield rivets are small, I would say 1916 or 1917 type 1. There was another thread about how to tell, I will try and find it.

edit: check the 14 Days of SLQ thread. The robe at the left leg is much lower in the type 1

AHHAHA! You're funny Scooby! Unfortunately though, I haven't yet found one even close to melt. Nod is the BIG winner in that category.

Anyways, these are both 1917 type 1s. Keep lookin!

The bottom of her drapery at the bottom of her right foot, is too round. That is how I tell anyway :-)
