Tough one, Luster galore but then again, those carbon spots and oxidation tarnish or whatever it is.
You can see it is obviously original.
I am sorry, technically it probably gets a MS64 Medium Strike Toned but I wouldn't go any higher than paying MS63 prices for it.
One thing about the amount of luster present. This coin might be able to stand a very quick dip and rinse if that were the owners choice and still come away with a lot of luster and a lot less spots.
I just don't like spotted coins. Some people, it just doesn't bother too much.

The tarnish spots and odd toning are severely detracting. Technical grade = MS60, Genuine.
