I think we have an MS65 possibly MS66 Medium to Strong Strike Golden toned Jefferson here.
That hit from an edge of another nickel most likely right on the steps is a heart breaker and I think that is mustard from Jefferson eating a Hot Dog just behind and below his mouth? I think the hit on the steps knocks it down to MS65 all by itself unfortunately since it is a very major focal point for this series.
I love this Jefferson, it's a nice one.

The obverse is beautiful, but with the marks on the reverse, I wouldn't go higher than MS-65.

Pleasing original surfaces, unusually clean obverse, strong strike, MS-67 obverse. MS-64 reverse = MS65+

Yes it is closer to MS-66 than MS-64 so I don't disagree with an MS-65+ (!)
