You sure picked a few tough ones to grade. I believe this Jefferson and it's buddies from the Philly mint sewn bag in 1944 got tossed about as inventory a number of times before they were opened up and rolled. Thus the high points show contact marks. For eye appeal it brings it down. I would say this one grades MS63 Medium Strike with light golden toning.
