It's not Umayyad, the style of the script is later than that - particularly the way the tails of the letters break down through the circular border. Unfortunately, the hole is drilled right through the mint name and the date area is damaged, but I think it's dated in the 290s (circa 900 AD). I think it's not too different from the Samanid coin identified in
this thread.
