I just picked this up in the dollar bin of my local Coin shop and have been going crazy trying to determine what it is. From the Heraldry on the Reverse I have learned that at least half the coat depicts the Arms of Sicily. I can not find a reference to the other coat. So I am leaning towards Sicilian, Spanish, or Italian. Any help much apprciated

Grano of Naples & Sicily. In the name of Charles II of Spain.
Dates (16)78, (16)79, (16)80. This looks like (16)78.
