Hi all, What's your thought on this coin?

http://cgi.ebay.com/Scarce-U-S-A-19...t_1844wt_905

The dealer look genuine, but there's something about the coin that is putting me off. Reverse image bottom edging don't look right, and bottom of hairline on obverse, it may be the way the picture was taken?
Any thought
Thanks

Looks like photo was taken from an angle in addition to odd lighting coming from that direction. Coin looks legit at first glance, but most likely cleaned.

It looks like it's been through a heck of a lot... Cleaning/polishing/who knows. I think the bottom just has some other light hitting it and highlighting it.

I would say the coin is legit, but it has been harshly cleaned and polished. Even though it's a scarcer date I would avoid this one.

I'm not an expert, but it looks genuine, yet cleaned and or polished previously... The wear pattern on the obverse seems a little odd as well, or it could just be me... Good Luck

UPDATE

Thanks for all your advice, but as I didn't have one of these in my collection, I put in a bid of just £25 ($40) not expecting to win it. Guess what?
here the coin
