Its a pretty ugly coin, but you can clearly see the struck through object in the last bay. Can't tell what it is, but its there to stay.

I was going to ask the same thing. Looks like a die gouge to me.

If it's incuse you could be right.

If it's in relief, it's a die gouge.

It's just very curious how the 'struck through' is perfectly straight and does not affect the columns at all...I think die gouge is the right answer.
