I refuse give opinions on such matters, but you can easily do an ebay search (1998 Wide AM) right now and see the wide range of asking prices. I just wanted to ask a couple of questions regarding the 1998 & 1999 penny, forgive me but I'm not a coin collector and I had been going through all the coins I have and just organizing them. Searching on the internet and found this site. So here is my question I have 30 pennies from 1998 and 13 pennies from 1999. What is it exactly that is so rare about these pennies? Is it rare if the letters AM are spaced apart? What are the other ones worth if the letters AM are touching each other? Is there something else I should be looking for on these coins?
