1994 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC - Partial Plating?

I don't think this erro is from an outside source. If it was heat or chemical, there would be some sort of trace on the edges when the zinc and the plating. Report this Post to the Staff

pyrbob Rest in Peace United States 1943 Posts	Posted 04/09/2011 06:30 am I have one just like this I bought from ebay (cheaply) and on mine it looks like the plating was chemically removed with a Q tip type of wipe. I can't tell from your photos if your coin is exactly the same but I suspect it is. Report this Post to the Staff
