Trail Die Help (1997-P-1-Der-?) - Coin Community Forum

scurry64 Pillar of the Community United States 900 Posts	Posted 04/09/2011 2:44 pm I think this 1997P LMC exhibits significant trail dies on the revserse. Although I don't have any experience with trail dies,the markings on this coin bare a strong resemblance to some of the markings shown on traildies.com. That being said, I could not match my coin with any of the examples there. Perhaps my coin exhibits die gouges and not trail dies. Does anyone have any expertise in the area?
