I sorted through my lot by first separating different denominations. Now it's time for 5 cent highlights keep in mind this was a Big 19th Century type lot (expensive) Unfortunately, I have to sell most of it as I can't afford to keep much. Catch and release, only keep one of everything.... I'll post pics as the highlights come Edited by rjkingston 04/09/2011 10:11 pm

WOW! These 5C's are great I might have a to report.... At least one of every year of Capped Bust Half Dimes! I may very well be done with my series collection of Capped Bust Half Dimes! Then again, I may have to sell some of these to afford them I can always dream while they're in my possession Guess we'll see Here is the first, 1829 Capped Bust Half Dime (1,821th unique piece to my collection):

1,824th Piece: 1832 Capped Bust Half Dime. Can't decide which one to keep, another question of high details with more dings, or lower details less problems. 1st: 2nd:

1,827th Piece: 1834 Capped Bust Half Dime (3 over inverted 3 Variety) The sun had set in the main pic.....So toning and luster didn't show up. Here is a close-up of the '3 over inverted 3' variety.

ShadowCreator: You have a hoard of Seated coins? That'd be cool to search.

I'd keep the second one, but it doesn't look right, especially on the reverse.

I just meant a lot of them; I buy way too many bulk lots.
