It's a fairly common bronze coin from Amisos, a city now known as Samsun on the northern Turkish coast. There are eleven examples of this coin on this Wildwinds page.

The obverse shows the gorgon Medusa's decapitated head, wrapped in the aegis or cloak which Perseus carried it around in according to myth. On the reverse is the winged Victory, with the name of the city in Greek letters AMI SOY on either side, and a monogram to bottom left. Of the eleven posted on Wildwinds, this one is the best match for yours.

I have something similar from Amisos (Samsun) myself, also a coin a byzantine copper from Trebizon (Trabzon), also on the Black Sea coast.

What makes these coins more interesting for me is that I have travelled the whole length Of the Black sea coast of Turkey, which gives me a bit more of a connection to the coins.
